I got into this work because I was tired of watching contractors treat homes like assembly lines. Twenty years ago, I realized the gap wasn't in the work itself—it was in whether someone actually cared about doing it right, and whether they'd stand behind it after they left.

I started by doing inspections and installations myself. No sales reps calling the shots. No subcontractors cutting corners because the job wasn't theirs. Just me, the homeowner, and whatever needed to happen next. Those early jobs taught me that when you own every step—from the first inspection through the final install—you catch things other people miss. You solve problems before they become problems.

What started as principle became the only way we operate. That experience, built over two decades, is why we don't need deposits or middlemen. We know what we're doing.

What We've Learned

Owner Inspections Matter. We inspect every job ourselves because we've seen what happens when inspections get delegated to someone who doesn't own the outcome. A rushed walkthrough misses the small details that become big headaches two years later. When I inspect, I'm looking at your home the way I'd look at my own.

No Sales Representatives. After watching how sales-driven priorities can override what a customer actually needs, we decided we'd talk directly to our clients. No middleman translating what you said or pushing what's easier to sell. You talk to the person who'll do the work.

No Subcontractors. When the work is ours entirely, the accountability is ours entirely. We've seen too many jobs falter because someone else's crew cut corners that would never pass our standards. We do the work ourselves because our name is on it.

No Deposit Required. We don't ask for payment upfront because we're confident enough in what we do. If we're not sure we can deliver, we'll say so. If we say yes, we show up and finish it right.
